Le Marc Lip Crème by Marc Jacobs

Le Marc Lip Creme by Marc Jacobs
Let's figure out if it lives up to its name. Shall we call it THE Marc Jacobs lipstick?

For my 21st birthday, I got this Le Marc lip crème by Marc Jacobs in Goddess 202: Classic Red shade as a gift. Marc Jacobs claims this to be a cutting edge, nourishing and plumping lipstick giving creamy vibrant colour to lips for up to ten hours.

Its ingredients include antioxidant-rich seaberry and moisturizing ingredients such as meranti and cocoa butter. Its shade range are also extensive enough to offer a variety of colours for different skin tones.

The one I got, Goddess (202), is recommended for people with warm undertone & black / brunette hair. And fair enough, I think this colour works well with mine.

It gives this bright red colour and a satin finish on my lips, which is perfect whenever I feel like channeling a classic, red-lip look.

My Makeup Kit: I use my Le Marc lipstick along with my Etude House BB Cream, M.A.C. Light Medium Sheer Mystery Powder, NARS Contour Blush (in Paloma), Clinique Brush-on Cream Liner, M.A.C. Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set, and Etude House Mascara.
For these reasons, I'm not really considering to get another lipstick from this range in case I finish this up. Keeping in mind of its price, which is double the price of my favourite M.A.C. lipsticks, this product doesn't really live up to the high value it promises.

Nevertheless, Marc Jacobs is still Marc Jacobs; and it's a pleasure to have one of their lipsticks in my collection.

P.S. Thank you Tiya Thelma & Tita Analyn for this gift.
