Krishna Dela Paz is a creative director and brand strategist based in Dubai.
For over a decade, she has worked in the UAE’s arts and culture sector, shaping brands, campaigns, and creative experiences that connect audiences with stories from around the world.
As Head of Brand Communications at the Emirates Literature Foundation, she leads creative direction for the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature and the Foundation’s wider initiatives.

Krishna has led the Festival’s creative campaigns and brand evolution over the years, including its 2022 global launch at Expo 2020 Dubai and the 2024 brand refresh that established its current visual identity.
Her work extends across the Emirates Literature Foundation’s wider portfolio, developing brand systems and creative initiatives for international festivals and literary platforms, educational programmes, and cultural campaigns.
COMMUNITYBuilding creative communities beyond institutional work.
Alongside her institutional work, Krishna co-founded TRIBE, a collective for Filipino creatives and communications practitioners in the UAE.
Through TRIBE, she collaborates with artists, writers, and cultural institutions to develop exhibitions, workshops, performances, and multidisciplinary programmes that bring Filipino creativity into international and cross-cultural spaces.

Krishna graduated with a degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University and studied at Audencia Business School in France through an international exchange programme focused on marketing.
Her work in the cultural sector was further shaped through the British Council’s Gulf Festival Academy in Oman, followed by studies in leadership and management at Harvard Business School Online.

Krishna has delivered lectures and talks on branding and creative strategy at institutions including De La Salle University Manila and De Montfort University Dubai.
